KARTELL x RBC x HELENIS / 2018
Collaboration with Jean Nouvel Design


            Each year, HELENIS and RBC are working together on an exceptionnal auction in aid of Fonds Guilhem and AMPA association. For this edition, invited artists had to rethink the Masters chair, designed by Philippe Starck for Kartell.

At Jean Nouvel Design, we decided to pay tribute to drapery. The chair is covered with a large cover that fit closely the original shape, creating a comfortable and inviting seat.

Here you can see some of our research (we did more than 30 different version). The project was playful and teached me that only with 2 things (in this case a chair and a blanket) you can do a lot. And I think that there is still many version undiscovered during the process.
